Big props to Ira Newble

Ira Newble, who plays for the Cavs these days, played at Southfield High way back when I was still coaching. It's always neat to see a kid you worked with, even briefly (I was very young and coaching JV hoops at that point), make it big, but this article about his efforts to raise the NBA's consciousness about the genocide in Sudan is downright inspiring. So ... way to go, Ira. We need to see more articles like this out there.
